The second Boya Public Law Workshop was successfully held at Koguan Building on March 30^th. The lecturer of the workshop was Peng Chun, University of Oxford JD and senior researcher of Center for Public Participation Studies and Supports, Peking University. The topic of his lecture is about the foundation of Land Paradox. Nearly thirty teachers and students from several universities also attended the lecture.

First, Professor Liu introduced the guest and the topic of the lecture. Then, Professor Peng gave a speech about The Land Paradox. Finally, other professors expressed their ideas and discussed some questions regarding to the lecture. The students attending the lecture also interacted with guests.
