He Xiaorong, the director of the supreme people's court judicial system reform leading group office, came to Law School on November 21st. He gave the lecture of the value orientation of judicial reform in Koguan Building. Professor Jiang Shigong, Professor Hou Meng, and Professor Ou Shujun attended the lecture.

Before the lecture, Professor Jiang Shigong as the director of the rule of law research center invited He Xiaorong as off-campus mentor of Peking University Law School.

Judge He Xiaorong has strong interest in the theory of law and he can combine the theory and the practice. He can set forth his views with vivid image through vivid cases.

His lecture was divided into eight parts. He respectively explained the citizen right and the national judgment power, the judicial localization and judicial administration and other eight problems for the students.

After the lecture, the professors talked about their views of the judicial reform. Finally, all of the teachers answered students' questions at the scene.

Through the lecture, the students have more profound understanding of the decision of the Fourth Plenum and have full of confidence for our country's judicial reform.
