On May 12, the 91st lecture of the Global Chair Classroom at Peking University Law School (PKULS) was successfully held. The lecture, titled "The UN Security Council Embedded in the International Rule of Law," was delivered by Anne Peters (Pei De'an), Director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Germany and a Global Chair Scholar at Peking University. Panelists included Prof. Zhang Xinjun from Tsinghua University Law School, Assistant Professor Lai Huaxia from the School of International Relations at Peking University, and Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Researcher Chu Jiawei from Tsinghua University Law School. The lecture was chaired by A.P. Chen Yifeng from Peking University Law School, with numerous faculty and students in attendance.
