On May 19, 2025, Professor Jianlin Chen, Deputy Dean of Melbourne Law School, was invited as the keynote speaker for the "Global & Comparative Law Lecture Series," delivering an academic lecture titled "Sexual Offence as Fraud Regulation: Fraudulent Sex Criminalization in Asia." The lecture was chaired by Dai Xin, Vice Dean of Peking University Law School, with Professors Che Hao and Chen Yongsheng, and Assistant Professors Wang Huawei and Zhang Yimin from Peking University Law School serving as discussants. The lecture attracted numerous faculty and students from within and outside the university, fostering lively exchanges and receiving an enthusiastic response.
