On September 17, 2025, Robert G. Volterra, a senior international public law expert and attorney at Volterra Fietta LLP, and Sun Huawei, Senior Counsel at Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered an academic lecture titled “The Theory of State Governance in International Investment Arbitration: State Sovereignty and Investment” at Peking University Law School. The lecture was chaired by Dai Xin, Associate Dean and Tenured Associate Professor at Peking University Law School, with He Qisheng, Bo Ya Distinguished Professor at Peking University Law School, serving as discussant.
