On April 23, 2019, under the leadership of Dr. Min Yingmei, nearly 50 students in the Course of Comparative Civil and commercial law of the PKULS visited the Second Hyundai Motor Factory in Beijing, and the Hyundai Motor Company warmly welcomed the visiting teachers and students. Under the guidance of the staff, the students visited the Beijing Hyundai Motor Company Automobile Workshop and assembly line, and learned the detailed process of automobile manufacturing. During the visit, the responsible personnel of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company also gave a detailed and in-depth explanation of the automobile design, production, sales and service links from the perspectives of economic development, industrial layout and trading mode, and introduced the development process of Korea Hyundai Motor Company, its main business in China and social welfare. Through this visit, the students came into close contact with the advanced intelligent equipment of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, and felt deeply about the high automation rate of production and transportation of modern company. Through the communication with modern staff, they had a deeper understanding of the production concept of "green, quality and intelligence" and the management concept of "flexible production, fine operation and humanized management" of Hyundai Motor Company.

On May 28, 2019, the teachers and students of the Course of Comparative Civil and commercial law of the PKULS visited the headquarters of Samsung China, South Korea, and for the first time came into close contact with the world's most famous electronic industry enterprise. The visiting teachers and students were warmly received by the headquarters of Samsung China. Vice-president and specialist Yin Shengxi, Chief Executive Officer of Samsung China Affairs, personally attended the ceremony and delivered a welcome speech. The visit was hosted by Jin Yu, Director of Human Resources Department. Wang Yan, Senior Director of Public Relations Publicity, gave a comprehensive introduction to the situation of Samsung in China in terms of its growth history, business development in China, technological innovation, personnel training, green development and social responsibility. Through the explanations, students deeply understood that since its establishment, Samsung China had been committed to building itself into a Chinese local enterprise, and constantly striven to grow in step with the Chinese society. In addition, the Samsung Law Department has arranged a special discussion on legal affairs, chaired by Li Hua, a legal adviser, which has conducted in-depth exchanges with visiting students on the legal fields involved in daily business, such as labor law, anti-monopoly law and intellectual property law, as well as on the aspects of compliance, contract review, legal consultation, project support and litigation support. Through this visit, students had a more detailed and comprehensive understanding of Samsung's advanced corporate culture and development mechanism, and had a deeper understanding of the role of legal affairs in the daily operation of enterprises.

Through two social practice activities, the students personally contacted Korean enterprises, felt the unique corporate culture atmosphere, and had a deeper understanding of the relevant legal systems of enterprises in China and Korea.
