On the morning of April 28th, the practice group visited the Changning District People's Court in Shanghai and visited the juvenile court, the rule of law cultural corridor, and the registration of the former president of the Changning District Court and the 1984 undergraduate alumnus Zou Bihua of Peking University Law School. As the vanguard of China's reform and opening up, Shanghai has also handed over a good "answer" in the process of comprehensively deepening reforms in the new era and comprehensively advancing the rule of law.

 

 

By visiting different types of law firm enterprises and emerging industries, the members of the practice team personally experienced the urban development strategy of “innovation-driven development, economic transformation and upgrading”; and deeply realized that as a new generation of legal persons in the process of deepening the reform of the judicial system It is necessary to establish a correct professional ethics, master solid professional knowledge, cultivate the ability to solve practical problems, and use the rule of law belief and professional quality to escort the reform.

On the afternoon of April 30th, the practice group came to the School of Law of Shanghai Jiaotong University and had a discussion with representatives of teachers and students of the Communist Youth League Committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University Law School. The two sides discussed the emerging legal issues arising from the rapid development of science and technology and expressed their legality. The formulation should respond to the needs of society and be aware of the important social mission undertaken by legal persons in the context of the new era.
