  On December 14, 2018, the "Wisdom Age Legal Information Service Forum and the Beijing Law Library and Legal Information Research Association 2018 Annual Meeting" was held at Peking University Law School.   Chen Zhihong, secretary general of the Research Institute and director of the Peking University Law School Library, presided over the opening ceremony of the forum.   Yang Xiaolei, deputy dean of Peking University Law School and executive director of the Legal Artificial Intelligence Laboratory/Research Center of Peking University, introduced the exploration and practice of the integration of legal education, legal knowledge production and legal information service in Peking University Law School.   Bie Liqian, deputy director of Peking University Library, introduced the status of the law school library in Peking University's document information resource guarantee system, and affirmed the innovative development and future-oriented significance of the forum in the network and information technology development environment. It introduces the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the China Academic Library & Information System (CALIS) project construction, as well as the development and construction of a more intelligent third-generation library system, pointing out the future development of university libraries' shared construction, integration and openness. the road.

  Li Hui, deputy director of the Office of the Beijing Law Society and deputy editor of the Law Journal, fully affirmed the research society as an excellent research organization under the Beijing Law Society, in theoretical practice, domestic and international cooperation, academic research and legal information.   Peng Yu, deputy director of the Research Department of the China Law Society, said in his speech that today's society is undergoing digital transformation, technology is everywhere, and legal people face major challenges. How to change the legal information service in order to meet the challenges and better adapt to the requirements of the times is a topic worthy of deep thinking. She pointed out that the legal information service in the era of wisdom is of great significance to legal research, academic norms, personnel training, and the public's fair and equitable access to legal knowledge information.

 The first module of the forum, "New Age Legal Education and Information Services," was hosted by Yu Liying, president of the Research Institute and director of the Library of Tsinghua University Law School.

  Dou Tianfang, deputy director of Tsinghua University Library, gave a keynote report on "New Era, New Ecology - Application Practice of New Generation Library Management System", introducing Tsinghua University's thinking and application practice for the new generation of library management system, current resources Both the form of the carrier and the way of knowledge dissemination have undergone profound changes.   The second module of the forum, “The Prospects and Future of Intelligent Legal Information Services”, was chaired by Bai Yunfeng, vice president of the Research Council and deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Decision Service Department of the National Library.

  Ding Daoqin, President of Jingdong Law Institute, gave a report on the theme of "Application Prospects of AI Legal Robots", and analyzed the application status of AI legal services in the four fields of legal search, case file review, case prediction and legal consultation, and analyzed domestic The market demand for intelligent legal applications is huge. Taking the first intelligent product “Jing Hao” of JD.com as an example, it shows the huge development prospects of intelligent legal service robots in the future. AI+ law will bring profound changes to the legal industry.

  Li Bin, Director of the Judicial Big Data Division of Guoshuang Technology, made a report on “Legal Knowledge Services in the Age of Big Data: How to Serve Everyone?”, based on the characteristics of legal knowledge in the era of big data, analyzed the user needs of legal knowledge services. And the knowledge supply model, and shared the professional products and artificial intelligence solutions provided by Guoshuang in the fields of legal search, legal research, and political law.

  Zhao Xiaohai, deputy director of the Peking University Legal Artificial Intelligence Laboratory/Research Center, gave a keynote report on the development and prospects of the legal information service in the intelligent age, pointing out that the legal industry in the Internet and big data eras has taken place in legislative decision-making, law enforcement, and judicial rules.
