On the morning of November 9, the 33rd Peking University Competition Law Forum and Peking University Competition Law Strategy Lawyers Scholarship Awarding Ceremony was held at the Koguan Building Moot Court of Peking University. Mr. Xie Huisheng, Director of Beijing Strategy Law Firm, Partner and Director of Capital Markets, Mr. Bo Pingliang, Brand Director Yang Lingyun, and Deputy Dean of Peking University Law School, Che Hao, Zhang Shuanggen and Xiao Jiangping of Competition Law Center attended the ceremony, and the Master of Law in the direction of competition law and the LL.M. in Economic Law participated in the event.

 

 

First of all, the award-winning party Mr. Bai Pingliang represented the lawyer's law firm, and he hoped that the strategic lawyer scholarship would stimulate a good learning atmosphere and enthusiasm for learning, and encourage the teachers and sisters of the law school to continue to forge ahead and grow into a legal person with both ability and political integrity. To contribute to the progress of the national rule of law cause, I also hope to take this opportunity to further strengthen the cooperation and exchanges between the strategic law firm and the Peking University Law School.

 

 

In the awarding session, representatives of the awarding party and several teachers of the law school jointly issued honorary certificates for the award-winning students and took a group photo. The award-winning student representative and the 2015 Master of Law alumnus Deng Ye made a speech. She said that the establishment of the Strategic Lawyers Scholarship has inspired a group of students from the Competition Law Center to study hard and develop in an all-round way. She pays tribute to the strategic law firm and expresses her deep gratitude to the teachers of the law school for their careful training.

 

 

Later, Zhang Shuanggeng gave a speech on behalf of the teachers. From the history of the establishment of scholarships, Mr. Zhang expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the strategic law firm and looked forward to the future law school to cooperate with the law. Teacher Zhang wished that the development of the strategic law firm was getting better and better, and encouraged the students to have the opportunity to go to the strategic law firm for in-depth study, visit and exchange.

 

 

Finally, Prof. Che Hao, Deputy Dean of Peking University Law School delivered a speech. He said that the law school always attaches importance to cooperation and exchanges with various practical institutions including the law firm. The establishment of the strategic lawyer scholarship fully reflects the alumni lawyers' feelings of giving back to their alma mater, and once again expresses gratitude to the lawyers of the strategic law firm.

 

 

After the successful completion of the award ceremony, the event entered the communication and lectures of the strategic law firm. The lecturer of the strategic law firm, Mr. Yang Lingyun, introduced the development history, cultural concept, brand building, business field, typical cases and youth of the strategic law firm. Talent training and other content.

 

 

Attorney Xie Huisheng, director of the strategic law firm, said before the lecture that the establishment of the strategic lawyer scholarship was to give back to the alma mater as alumni. Then, lawyer Xie delivered a keynote speech entitled “Strategic Lawyer's Litigation Strategy for Dispute Resolution in the Listing Process of Enterprises”. From the perspective of litigation business in the capital market of his practice field, Xie explained in detail the typical case of “Enterprise Negotiation Listing”, which was represented in 2007. He introduced the defense ideas, defense skills and finalization in the litigation process. A defense strategy that enables companies to successfully achieve listing. The wonderful speeches and sharing enabled the students to have a deeper understanding of the dispute resolution of commercial litigation in the practical field. After the speech, lawyer Xie lawyer also answered in detail the various questions raised by the students.
