At 19:00 on May 15, 2016, the Peking University Social Law Forum and the 8th TransAsia Labor Law Essay Scholarship Awarding Ceremony which was sponsored by the PKULS Labor Law and Social Security Law Research Institute held successfully at Room 420,2ndTeaching Building of PKU. The speaker was Dr. Wan Yixian, who is the TransAsia Lawyers’ senior partner and the director of the labor law business department. Prof. Jia Junling and Prof. Ye Jingyi who are the honorary director and the director of PKULS Labor Law and Social Security Law Research Institute were discussants. A.P. Ye Shan was the host.

Firstly, there is the the Peking University Social Law Forum and the 8th TransAsia Labor Law Essay Scholarship Awarding Ceremony. Dr. Wan Yixian, Prof. Jia Junling and Prof. Ye Jingyi gave the awards to the winners together.

After the award ceremony, the lawyer Wan gave us a lecture entitled Talkabout “the loyalty obligation of the managements from the practice and the case”.

Then, Prof. Ye Jingyi reviewed the history about the establishment of TransAsia scholarship, and highly praised the lawyer Wan's professional conscience and legal literacy.

Finally, Prof. Jia Junling made a summary statement and comments. She highly affirmed the progressiveness and importance of the lecture which was given by the lawyer Wan. About 22pm, the forum was completed successfully in the warm applause.
