From March,2016 to May,2016,The Peking University International Economic Law Instituteas a legislative consulting an independent third party, commissioned by the State Administration for Industry and Enterprise,the "Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information publicity" (hereinafter referred to as "Provisional Regulations") Legislation evaluating comprehensive research.

On February 7th 2014, the State Council issued "registered capital registration system reform program", which aimed at further relaxing the market players access control, optimizing the business environment and promoting "entrepreneurship" and "innovation";strengtheningcredit supervision,and promoting coordinated management and supervision, improving regulatory efficiency.
