Professor Chen Ruihua Selected inthe “National Key Talent Project”

Recently, the results of 2015 National Key Talent Project came out, Chen Ruihua, Professor of PKU Law School, won the honor as “Youngand Middle-Aged Expertof Outstanding Contribution”.

Prof. Chen Ruihua was born in Shan Dong Province in 1967, Doctorial Tutor of PKULS. In 2004, he was conferred the honor “National Ten Outstanding Young Jurists”. In 2010, he was appointed as “Chang Jiang Scholar” by the Ministry of Education.In 2014, he had a right to the State Council Special Allowance.

Professor Chen’s main research fields contain Criminal Procedure Law,Evidence Law,Judicial System, Theory of Procedural Law.

He has published more than 100 academic papers on Social Sciences in China,China Legal Science, Chinese Journal of Law and so on. He has also published more than 10 monographs.

Apart from the fruitful academic achievements, Professor Chen also delves into social activities, making great contribution to establishing a harmonious law society.
