At 9:00 on November 20th 2015, the 29th Boya Public Law Forum of PKU organized by Institute for Constitution and Administrative Law PKU was held successfully in the courtyard of PKULS. Hu Jianmiao, director of the law department of National School of Administration was invited to the forum and delivered a speech titled in “Go to due process”, Tsinghua University law school professor He Haibo, Central University of Finance and Economics law school vice dean professor Gao Qinwei, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of law, the Constitution and administrative law office director Li Honglei researcher also participated the forum, Peking University Law School professor ZhanZhongle hosted the forum. The vice dean Prof. Wang Xixin and many other teachers and students also attended.

Professor Hu Jianmiao delivered a speech. In his speech, Hu Jianmiao explained the meaning of process from two elements of time and space and four stages and two big leap in the cognition and the legislation of the procedure theory in China.

In the forum, guests commented on Prof. Hu’s report and exchanged the legislation of administrative procedure, administrative procedure law status, types of administrative acts, review of normative documents, abstract administrative behavior understanding, internal administrative action procedure with each other.

The entire forum contains rational thinking and specific cases of discussion and lasted nearly three hours, which held successfully.
