The Lecture of Protection of Intellectual Property in Electronic Commerce Held Successfully

October 30th, 2015, the lecture of protection of intellectual property in electronic commerce washeld successfully at International Conference Center, China University of Geosciences. The Lecture was sponsored by Peking University law school, Peking University, and the Institute of Electronic Commerce Law and Development. Peking University law school dean, Peking University law and Development Research Institute, President Zhang Shouwen attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Peking University law school Associate Dean, Peking University law and Development Research Institute, Secretary General Xue Jun made a report about the process of China's electronic commerce legislation and the basic ideas of intellectual property protection under the environment of electricity suppliers. Organizers also invited representative from Beijing intellectual property court, Beijing Municipal Higher People's court, Haidian District people's Court of Beijing City, East China University of politics and law, Jingdong, Vipshop, and Quality Brands Protection Committee. Huang Hui, Ltd. senior partner of Beijing Wan Hui Da Intellectual Property Agency and Lei Lingfei, chairman of the Committee on excellent brand protection presided over.
The protection of intellectual property in electronic commerce was the theme of the meeting. Guests discussed from the perspective of the right people, the judge, the platform, on the electronic commerce legislation, e-commerce platform responsibility, judicial practice and other issues. Guests expressed their views, and the meeting came to a satisfactory close.
