On the evening of October 30, 2015, the 38th Lecture of Private Law and Intellectual Property of PKU,12th China intellectual property Judges’ forum was held successfully in the Lecture Hall of Koguan Building. The lecture was organized by Research Center of International IntellectualProperty of Peking University,College of intellectual property, Southwest University of Political Science and Law,China Trial Theory Research Association of Intellectual Property Professional Committee,Research Base of National IntellectualProperty Strategy Implementation (PKU) and Legal Research Center of Tencent Research Institute.Guest speaker of this forum were Tianjin Municipal Higher People's Court of intellectual property court vice president Yuan Xiaoshuang,Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court of intellectual property court judge Zhong Ming,Beijing Intellectual Property Court judge Rui Songyan.Professor Deng Hongguang, Southwest University of Political Science and Law,Professor Du Ying ,Central University of Finance and Economics Law School,Huang Hui lawyer of Wan Huida law firm,and Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce’s representative Ms. Xu Lin and Ms. Song Lingling participated in the discussion. Professor Yi Jiming,Peking University Law School presided over.The subject of this forum is the judicial protection of the right of commercialization, attracting a large number of students and the community to listen to the forum.
