Mao Jinsheng, deputy director of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation, Liu Yang, director of the Division For The Protection And Coordination Of Strategic Coordination, Cao Xinming,director of the National Intellectual Property Strategy (Zhongnan University of Economics and Law), Yi Jiming, director of the National Intellectual Property Strategy (Peking University) , Xue Zhong, director of the National Intellectual Property Strategy (Tongji University) , Zhang Wei, director of the National Intellectual Property Strategy (Tianjin University),National Intellectual Property Rights Strategy  (China Aerospace Science and Industry Group) research base director Gu Mancang and other research base and other special research group members attended the meeting.
