On 21th of October, the 29th Law School academic salon was held successfully in Room 307, Koguan Building. The theme of this salon is reconstruction of the legal system of property management in the theory of quasi public goods. The speaker is Professor Jin jinping and many other teachers attended.

Professor Jin introduced the special nature of public goods in the division of property rights and concept of quasi public goods. She put forward the solution of market management and also made her own views on the division of public facilities and public areas.

ProfessorsWang Jin, Zhang Shuanggen, Xue Jun, Chen Ruoying and others attended had a heated discussion about the problem and Professor Jin alsoansweredtheir questions.
This salon had thoroughly discussed the position and management mechanism of public goods in law. Professors pointed out theproblem of current property management and reflected the defect in public goods.
