On theevening of October 14th,2015,the 35th Lecture of Private Law and Intellectual Property of PKU(the Lecture of Intellectual Property of PKU) was held successfully in the Lecture Hall of Koguan Building by Research Center of International IntellectualProperty of Peking University and Research Base of National IntellectualProperty Strategy Implementation (PKU). This lecture invited Qualcomm company vice president and chief legal advisor Donald J. Rosenberg as a guest speaker execution.Former Vice Minister of Commerce and the United States Patent and Trademark Office of the U.S. patent and Trademark Office Kappos, Qualcomm Corp, vice president of global Zhao Bin, the United States George Mason University professor Mossoff Adam, and the United States International Trade Court, Okun Deanna declared themselves.Peking University law school professor Yang Ming presided over.Xue Jun, vice president of the Peking University law school and Guo Li, Vice president of the Peking University law schoolattended the seminar.The theme was “the development of innovation and intellectual property protection”.Thisseminar attracted a large number people.

Prof. Guo Li welcomed Rosenberg lawyer warmly.Rosenberg lawyer made a detailed introduction about his experience over the decades.Other guests alsointroduced and talked about their own practical experience.In the Q& A,Prof Mossoff talked about his views on the issue of patent holding. In the end,Xue Jun presented a gift to Rosenberg lawyer,and invited Rosenberg lawyer and their colleagues to visit the Peking University Law School next.The lecture put an end at 9:00 pm.
