At 7:00 p.m., March 12, 2013-2014 Academic Year Lieyang Scholarship Ceremony and Lecture of Choices for Legal Profession and Social Demand was held in Moot Court, Leo Koguan Building. Attendants included Qian Lieyang, partner of East & Concord Partners, Chairman Zeng Yang from Beijing Zhong Rong Sheng Investment Management Ltd., Song Mingyang, Zhang Youyun, Zhang Yongkai, Yu Changhong, Feng Wei and representatives from PKU Law School.

First, Director Lu Jiangnan spoke on behalf of PKU Law School, acknowledging Lieyang Scholarship for its positive influence, encouraging many candidates to work harder for better achievements.Next, winners of Lieyang Scholarship, Cai Qiying and Cheng Ying were awarded by Qian Lieyang, and then gratitude the generous donor.Then, Qian Lieyang and Zeng Yang encouraged students to follow their dreams and try their best to serve our country and society.

At last, honored guests delivered a speech on Choices for Legal Profession and Social Demand, suggesting students to familiarize themselves with transformation of our society and internationalization trend, so that they could build up better plans for future career.
