Recueil des cours, Collected Courses is the most important encyclopedic publications in the fields of international public law and international private Law. It enjoys very high reputation and academic value among international jurisprudence. 370 volumes of the series have been published from 1923 to 2013. Law Library of Peking University owned a collection of 218 volumes, but other 152 volumes were missing. Today, with the help of Ms. Xue Hanqin, our alumni as well as a justice of the International Court, and Professor Li Ming of Law School, Law Library and Brill Academic Press reached an agreement that Brill would donate all the lost volume to Law Library. These volumes, which have been delivered successfully this month, will be on the shelves for use soon.
