Professor Christina Mo?ll, Dean of Lund University Faculty of Law visited PKULS

On October 9, 2014, Professor Christina Moëll, Dean of Lund University Faculty of Law and Professor Bengt Lundell made their visit to Peking University Law School. Professor Zhang Shouwen, Dean of Peking University Law School, Lecturer Zhang Yali along with Li Yuanyuan, Assistant Dean and Director of External Affairs Office received their visit.
Professor Zhang Shouwen first expressed his warm welcome to Professor Christina Moëll and Professor Bengt Lundell's visit. Professor Moëll thanked Professor Zhang for the arrangements and said she truly appreciated this chance of establishing ties with one of the most prestigious law schools in China. Later, she introduced the legal research in Lund University Law School and the life and study of international students in Lund. Professor Zhang said Lund University Law School has been well known for its strength in public law and that he was deeply impressed by its academic achievements in recent years. Both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen their relations and deepen their cooperation on the faculty level in the future.
The dean of the two law schools signed the Memorandum of Understanding. This is the first Memorandum Peking University Law School has made with law schools in Sweden. It is expected that each side will send two of its students to the other for an exchange program from the year on.
