Professor Liao Kaiyuan attended the 6th Yellow Emperor Culture Academic Seminar and gave a keynote speech advocating for the Chinese consensus (Xuanyuan Call)

Professor Liao Kaiyuan, the director of the Kaiyuan Center at the Ke Yuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Law School of Tsinghua University, and Peking University, was invited to deliver a wonderful keynote speech titled "Xuanyuan Call: Chinese Consensus" at the 6th Yellow Emperor Culture Academic Seminar. The conference took place on October 21st of the 4720th year of Xuanyuan in Jinyun, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, China, where experts and scholars from around the world gathered to explore the rich cultural heritage of the Yellow Emperor.

Professor Liao passionately declared, "I believe in Xuanyuan, therefore I am Chinese," and eloquently expounded on Xuanyuan as the first leader, the first falsifiable scientist, the first general practitioner, the first environmentalist, and the first human rights lawyer in human history. Based on this belief in Xuanyuan, he called for the establishment of a "Chinese Consensus" on the essence of China, emphasizing Xuanyuan's pivotal role in shaping modern China, establishing the Chinese nation, and the cultural civilization of China over five thousand years ago. Professor Liao believes that Xuanyuan's thoughts are the root and source of the various schools of thought during the Spring and Autumn period. Moreover, Xuanyuan's thoughts have already empowered over a billion Chinese people on Earth.

To build the Chinese Consensus, Professor Liao proposed three key resolutions:

Restore the International Xuanyuan Era: Advocate for the restoration and re-establishment of the International Xuanyuan calendar in the Gregorian calendar, such as marking October 21, 2023, as October 21, 4720 Xuanyuan, to demonstrate the historical continuity and international cooperation of Chinese culture.

Establish Father's Day: Suggest that the third day of the third lunar month be designated as a national holiday to commemorate the birthday of Xuanyuan.

Establish Mother's Day: Suggest that the sixth day of the sixth lunar month be designated as a national holiday to commemorate the marriage day of Leizu and Xuanyuan, in honor of her contribution to the creation and dissemination of Chinese silk civilization.

At the meeting, the Yellow Emperor Culture Academy was officially inaugurated, and Professor Liao Kaiyuan was appointed as the Honorary Dean in recognition of his contributions to Xuanyuan 2.0, powered by the KQID Time Engine.

On the morning of October 23, 4720 Xuanyuan (2023), in a solemn atmosphere, Professor Liao Kaiyuan participated in the grand ceremony of offering sacrifices to the Yellow Emperor, Xuanyuan, in Xiandu, China, and offered incense to the Yellow Emperor.
