The year 2023 is the first year for fully implementing the spirit of the Party's 20 National Congress, a key year for implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan, and an important year for getting off the ground in comprehensively building a modern socialist country.  Peking University Law School organized 9 ideological and political practice course teams with more than 210 teachers and students to carry out practical activities in 28 cities and counties in 9 provinces across the country. Members of the Party and government teams such as the secretary of the Party Committee and the dean of the school led the group to the practice front line, professional teachers, class teachers and counselors served as teachers, and selected doctoral ideological and political counselors and senior students as teaching assistants. Gather the great power of ideological and political practice to educate people, guide young legal professionals to "embrace dreams and be down-to-earth, dare to think and do good," and strive to grow into pioneers in the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.

In order to implement the deployment of the theme education work of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education, to lead the young people of Peking University to study the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping in depth, to guide the students to base on the new journey in the new era, to listen to the Party unswervingly and to follow the Party. Theme Civic and Political Practice Course: "Understanding the Construction of Ecological Civilization in Snowy Plateau, Learning History, Increasing Trust, and Building Success in the New Era". The practice group was led by Mr. Shi Shi, assistant dean and Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Peking University Law School, Mr. Liu Wuming, deputy director of the Student Work Office, and Tie Jingke, PhD candidate of 2020, Zhang Ding, PhD candidate of 2020, Wang Yan, PhD candidate of 2021, and Yang Shuangqing, undergraduate student of 2020, as teaching assistants. 14 undergraduates participated in the practice group.

On the morning of August 7, the practice group went to the Qinghai Provincial Higher People's Court for discussion and exchange. Qinghai Provincial Higher People's Court party group members, Vice President Xing Yue and the trial courts, organs and departments in charge of comrades attended the meeting. At the meeting, the teachers and students of the practice group in-depth understanding of the Provincial High Court based on provincial conditions, focusing on the "quality and efficiency of double excellence" to explore the trial work of the "Qinghai model".

On the afternoon of August 7, the practice group went to the Qinghai Provincial People's Procuratorate to discuss and exchange. Mr. Qian Yaozhong, member of the party group and director of the Political Department of Qinghai Provincial People's Procuratorate, Mr. Chen Peihao, director of the Cadre Department of the Political Department, Mr. Ma Huiping, director of the Publicity and Education Department of the Political Department, Mr. He Yifen, deputy director of the Political Department, Mr. Guo Tao, member of the party group and deputy prosecutor general of Haibei Prefecture People's Procuratorate, and Mr. Yuan Wen, deputy director of Qinghai Branch of the State Procuratorate Academy, were present at the seminar.　

At the meeting, the relevant responsible comrades introduced the talent introduction and young talent training of the procuratorial system of Qinghai Province and the characteristic system. They said that based on the characteristics of Tibetan areas, the Qinghai Provincial High Procuratorate actively carries out bilingual litigation personnel training cooperation and exchange, and adopts the tutorial system to train young talents from ideological and professional aspects, and welcomes students to become a part of the procuratorial system in the future. In their explanation, the teachers and students of the practice group also learned that the Haibei Procuratorate fully tapped the spiritual core of "two bombs and one star" to carry out the party building work of "rule of law + ideology and politics", and successively hosted several propaganda activities with the theme of "carrying forward the spirit of two bombs and one star and inheriting the red gene" to realize the introduction of red culture into the classroom and the prosecution work into the campus. In the exchange session, the students actively spoke, and deepened their understanding of Qinghai procuratorial work in the interaction.

On August 8, the practice group went to Qinghai Two Bombs and One Star Cadre College.　　 

In the morning, Mr. Ji Peng of the Cadre College taught the students the micro-course "Stick to 221 - Spiritual Sword Dongfeng 3". In the afternoon, the practice group went to the upper star station to study, the cadre college for the practice group carefully prepared the theme of "secrecy is life" course.

"In the morning of August 9, the practice group went to the No.610 Explosive Boom Experimental Site to listen to the touching stories of the fathers of the "Two Bombs and One Star" and the experimental site, which has inspired and motivated several generations of people, and is a valuable spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. The merciless years have added wrinkles to it, but the history it witnessed is indelible. Afterwards, the practice group went to the Atomic City Memorial Hall to learn more about the two main aspects of the "Two Bombs and One Star" research history and the "Two Bombs and One Star" spirit.

In the afternoon of August 9, the group bid farewell to Haibei Prefecture and came to Mutual Assistance County to visit the Rainbow Tribe Folk Village. In the village, the group not only learned about the development of the Tu people, but also experienced the traditional culture of the Tu people, such as drama and rituals. After that, the group visited the alumni enterprise Tianyoude Barley Wine Co.

　　In the morning of August 10th, the group went to the Yak Breeding Base of Qinghai Province, and learned about the development history and scientific research achievements of the yak base through the introduction of the base staff. After more than 70 years of unremitting efforts since its establishment in 1952, the base has made outstanding scientific research achievements. After repeated experiments and years of scientific research, the base has successfully bred two new breeds of yak, Ashtan yak and Datong yak, which have superior productivity and strong adaptive ability, and then promoted them to the rest of the plateau areas, so that the yak, the treasure of the plateau, can really benefit the people of the plateau.

When visiting the Qinghai Provincial High Court and Provincial Procuratorate, one of the most striking impressions is the importance that the local judiciary attaches to the ecological environment. They combine law enforcement with protection work, demonstrating the "Qinghai model" of ecological and environmental protection awareness. This experience made me realize that the power of the law is indispensable in protecting the environment, and their active efforts in the trial of environmental resources and judicial protection are admirable. This kind of effort for sustainable development makes me more convinced that we should all contribute to the protection of the ecological environment!

The greatness of China's two bombs and one star is not only accomplished by the great breakthroughs in science and technology, but also lies in their great purpose - to defend the newborn republic and safeguard the hard-won peace. Science has no borders, but scientists have a motherland, two bombs and one star fathers with the mission and feelings to build an immortal monument. Through the old photos and archives, we can see that Qian Xuesen and other scientists returned to the motherland without hesitation, which is also an important revelation for the present.

During my visit to the Qinghai Yak Breeding and Promotion Service Center and the Yak Efficient Breeding Experimental Base, I deeply realized that scientific and technological innovation and policy support play an important role in promoting the development of animal husbandry and ecological environment construction. Qinghai Province has improved the efficiency and sustainability of yak breeding by introducing advanced breeding technology and equipment. At the same time, the government has introduced a series of supportive policies to encourage farmers to participate in livestock development, and has provided technical training and loan support to help them better utilize yak resources and increase their income. This combination of scientific and technological innovation and policy support has provided a favorable environment and conditions for the development of animal husbandry.
