3 research results of Peking University Law School won the third " Fangde Rule of Law Research Award "

Recently, the evaluation results of the third " Fangde Rule of Law Research Award " were announced to the public. A total of 3 research results from the Peking University Law School won the awards. The awards are as follows:

 

Second prize:

Wang Shizhou, "Seeking the Vision of Criminal law" , Peking University Press, February 2019.

 

Third prize:

Shen Kui, The Rule of Law in the Construction of a Social Credit System , China Law, Issue 5, 2019.

Peng Chun, Rural Land Takings Law in Modern China: Origin and Evolution , Cambridge University Press, 2018.

 

 

Attachment: Introduction of " Fangde Rule of Law Research Award ":

 

The "Fangde Rule of Law Research Award" is a national rule of law research award sponsored by the China Institute of Modernization of the Rule of Law and supported by the Jiangsu Fangde Law Research Center. It aims to encourage academic innovation, promote the practice of rule of law, promote the rule of law in China under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and promote the process of modernization. The evaluation cycle is once every 2 years.
