Professor Zhan Zhongle was awarded the Sixth National Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Education

Recently, the Office of the Leading Group for National Education and Scientific Planning organized the evaluation of the Sixth National Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Education was announced. Professor Zhan Zhongle of Peking University Law School won the third prize for his book Research on Legal Issues in the Statutes of Universities (Beijing University Press. 2016).

 

 

Research on the Legal Problems of University Charter is a key project of National Social Science Foundation, "Research on the Legal Problems of University Charter" (10AFX006), which was selected in National Library of Philosophy and Social Sciences. The book systematically analyzes the legal nature, historical development, functional status, basic principles, formulation subjects, procedure construction, main contents and implementation mechanism of the statutes of universities, which provides a relatively complete theoretical framework for the formulation and development of the statutes of universities in China.

The National Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Education was established in 1990 and is held every five years. The purpose of the award is to review the fruitful achievements made in scientific research in education, inherit the good style of study, and promote the development and innovation of scientific research in education.
