News Network Broadcast Report on the Moving Story of Alumni Zou Bihua, the Pioneer of Reforming

Zou Bihua, an outstanding representative alumni of Peking University, is a model for legal professionals at Peking University to learn from. He was the vice president of Shanghai High People's Court and devoted himself to the judicial cause for 26 years. On December 10, 2014, Zou suffered a heart attack at work and died in line of duty at the age of 47. Xi Jinping spoke highly of Zou Bihua as a good judge who is impartial for the people and a good cadre who dares to take on responsibilities, and called on Party members and cadres to learn from Zou Bihua. After his death, he was posthumously awarded the titles of "National Outstanding Communist Party Member", "Model of the Times" and "National Model Judge". Zou Bihua's spirit always inspires the new generation of legal professionals to adhere to the belief in the rule of law and contribute to the country's construction of the rule of law.
