On the morning of October 18, 2019, the opening ceremony of The Third Future Leaders program of The PKU Global Legal and Business Executive Program(GLBE)was held successfully at the Courtyard of Peking University Law School(PKULS).

 

　　Tao Jingzhou, the Partner of Dechert LLP，Zhang Cuimei, Legal Director of Haier Group，Qiu Kanghui, Founder and CEO of Beijing Kaiwei Technology Co., Ltd., Pan Jianfeng, Dean of the Law School, Yang Xiaolei, Vice Dean of the Law School,  Piao Wendan and Lu Jiangnan, Vice Party Secretary of the Law School, Nian Yijia, Assistant Dean of the Law School，Shi Shi, Director of the Domestic Cooperation Office, Du Xuejiao and Jia Weiwei, Deputy Director of the Domestic Cooperation Office, Shi Jin, Head Teacher of The 3rd GLBE, and all staffs of the Domestic Cooperation Office attended the ceremony.

 

　　The opening ceremony was presided over by Yang Xiaolei, Deputy Dean of PKULS. He expressed warm welcome to the guests attending this ceremony.

 

　　

　　Prof. Pan Jianfeng, Dean of PKULS, point out that in his speech all the participants in The Third Future Leadership Program should set up lofty pursuit for greater contribution to our society. He also thanked and hoped that friends from all walks of life would continue to pay attention to GLBE program, working together to lead the construction and development of high-end legal business talent training.

　　

　　

　　"As the members of this program, we are supposed to seize every opportunity to cultivate oneself and cherish tutors' suggestions." Qiu Kanghui, Founder and CEO of Beijing Kaiwei Technology Co., Ltd.,made a speech as a student representative of The 2nd GLBE， expecting that each member could build The Future Leader Program with gratitude to realize further development.

　　

　　

　　Then，Ding Yaqing, the representative student of the 3^rd GLBE from Macao, shared her career experience over the years, and expressed that the concept of The Future Leaders Program is highly consistent with her own career development. This is a plan to cultivate the concept of the rule of law, link China and the world, pool intellectual resources and practical experience, and not only teach the political trend of national conditions, but also cultivate composite capabilities.

　　

　　

　　Zhang Cuimei, Legal Director of Haier Group, expressed happiness as a GLBE student and showed gratitude for the enlightenment obtained from The Future Leaders Program and the innovation inspired by PKU.

　　

　　

　　Tao Jingzhou, the Partner of Dechert LLP, delivered a speech concerning the significance of integrating law with business since the historical trend of economic globalization and the demand for global governance system reform. In addition，he insisted that it's indispensable to have international vision and business thinking.

　　

　　

　　Later, Dean Pan Jianfeng and Party Secretary Guo Li awarded the students with badges and commemorative stamps, congratulating them on becoming a member of The PKU GLBE. The participants took photos together.

　　

 

　　After the ceremony,  students participated the ice breaking activities on PKU campus，where they quickly shorten the distance between each other,  and better integrated into the GLBE family.

 

　　

　　Focused on the theme of globalization, national development and modernization of governance，The PKU Global Legal and Business Executive Program have summarized practical experience and rich achievements over the past two years and will be more firmly on the innovative path of talent training as a perfect respose to the requirements of the era.
