Recently, the state is revising the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China". Peking University jurists focus on the revision of the Securities Law, provide expert opinions to the national legislature, actively participate in legislative argumentation meetings, and publish articles in well-known academic journals. The revision of the Securities Law provides suggestions.
