PKU Law Welcomes Washington University in St. Louis Law Students Delegation

On May 7, PKU Law School welcomed a student delegation from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law at the Kaiyuan Building, hosting an exchange session moderated by Associate Dean and tenured associate professor Dai Xin. The visiting students were first accompanied by PKU Law students on a campus tour, including a visit to the Law School library to experience the university’s academic environment firsthand. A round table discussion followed, joined by legal practitioners including a special committee member of the CHINA-U.S. Civil Exchange Alliance (CCEA), a consultant from DLA Piper, and an attorney from Dentons Law Office. Participants engaged in open, informal dialogue on cross-border legal practice, differences between Chinese and American legal systems, and emerging industry topics. The session concluded with a free exchange on legal education, career development, and future collaboration. PKU Law School and Washington University School of Law maintain a longstanding partnership, including student exchange programs.
