1. On July 6, 2024, the first PKU Law Alumni Sports Carnival officially began with a badminton friendly match. 2. Also on July 6, 2024, a basketball friendly match was successfully held. The players, full of energy and determination, enthusiastically showcased their talents. 3. On July 7, 2024, a table tennis friendly match was successfully held. Ten teams and 52 players competed across eight categories: mixed team, men’s singles, women’s singles, youth singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and parent-child doubles. Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, boundless energy, and impressive skill. 4. On November 16, 2024, the 8th PKU Law Marathon Tournament was successfully held, with hundreds of alumni gathering on campus for a team relay race promoting health and wellness and commemorating the Law School’s 120th anniversary. In his speech, Dean Guo Li warmly welcomed the alumni and expressed his gratitude to the organizing team. He emphasized that, as the Law School celebrates this historic milestone, the event was not just a sporting challenge but also an opportunity for spiritual renewal and personal growth. On the field, alumni demonstrated unity and perseverance, completing the relay while embodying the active, healthy lifestyle and unwavering spirit of the Peking University legal community.
