In spring 2024, Peking University Law School continued to offer its popular course, "An Introduction to Legal Services and Risk Management for Cross-Border Transactions," in collaboration with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Launched in 2019, the course has witnessed the growth and expansion of the partnership between the Law School and the Law Society.

Instructed by seasoned Hong Kong lawyers with extensive experience in cross-border legal practice, the course provided students with practical insights into international legal practice and cross-border legal services. The Law Society of Hong Kong carefully selected these professionals to guide students through key topics, including the Hong Kong legal system, cross-border investment, commercial crime, and international commercial dispute resolution.

Through interactive classroom activities such as case analysis, group discussions, team presentations, and debates, students honed their legal expertise. These dynamic learning methods not only deepened students' understanding of legal concepts but also fostered critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
