On November 1, 2023, Peking University Law School hosted the forum on "New Trends in Global Competition Law Practice,” which is co-sponsored by the international law firm Clifford Chance. This high-profile forum presented for the participants pressing issues at the intersection of globalization and competition law, offering cutting-edge insights from industry titans and scholars alike.
The forum featured a distinguished assembly of presenters from Clifford Chance's Antitrust Group, spanning global offices with Marc Besen, Tim Cornell, Richard Blewett, Anastasios Tomtsis, Maxime Lecomte, and Bai Yong leading the charge. Joining them were counsels from the Antitrust team at Clifford Chance China, adding local expertise to the mix.
