Celebrating Students of the Peking University-Jones Day China Global Legal Talent Development Program of 2022

On March 2, 2023, the graduation ceremony of the 2022 "Peking University-Jones Day China Global Legal Talent Development Program" and "Cross-Border Legal Lawyer Practice Course" was successfully held in Jones Day's Beijing Office.
The program, starting with enrolling only PKU law students, is now open to students from all universities across the country. It has over the years grown into a highly impactful program in the country that offers unparalleled opportunities for law students to learn about transnational business law practices. Since its inception in 2018, the program participants has totalled 435 students. The program is structured to consist of 20 lectures on cutting-edge global legal issues taught by Jones Day lawyers in English language, on-site visits to Jones Day's Beijing Office, and internship opportunities with Jones Day. The lectures covers topics ranging from Intellectual Property, Antitrust, Export Control/Sanctions, Cybersecurity/Data Protection, M&A, US Litigation, Global Dispute/Arbitration, and Bankruptcy/Restructuring.
