On May 9, 2011, the president of law school, Mr. Zhang Shouwen and the vice-president Mr. Wang Jiancheng visited the law school of Taiwan University. Discussion meetings were held to strengthen the development of law and communication between the Mainland and Taiwan. Mr. Zhang Shouwen and Mr. Cai mingcheng, the president of Taiwan University law school signed the “Peking University law school and the Taiwan University law School communication and cooperation agreement”. The two law schools will promote academic communication and cooperation through means including exchanging publications, arranging scholars’ lectures, academic discussions, postgraduates’ short-term exchange etc.
