HE, Weifang (Mr.)
He Weifang, was born in 1960 in Shandong Province, China. Professor He received his LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1982, and Master of Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 1985. He is professor of law at Peking University Faculty of Law since 1995.
