Introduction of the Lecturer:
Dr. Frederick Mostert was lead consultant and chief intellectual property counsel of Richemont Group. He holds a master's degree in law from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from the University of Johannesburg. He was registered lawyerin New York, England and Wales, having engaged in corporate legal affairs in Shearman & Sterling Firm(New York) as well as in international intellectual property law affairs in Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu Firm. Dr. Mostert served as President of the International Trademark Association, he was a member of McCarthy Intellectual Property and Technology Law Center Advisory Board, visiting professor of Peking University and researcher at the London School of Economics. In addition, he was also involved in the organization Freedom Under Law, Laureus World Sports Awards, the British Association of Walpole, Bespoke Innovations, Columbus Venture Fund and Ruineng Invest Company.
