Joe Lyman Pratt, a PHD of Northwestern University, is teaching American Legal History, Law and Philosophy, American Tort Law, American Labor Law. Joe’s Teahouse is a series of activities launched by Peking University Law School, aimed to enhance our students’ understanding of overseas study and legal work, and to provide opportunities to communicate with outstanding legal talents.

The first session: Pang Xu ’s Experience of Overseas Study
Speaker: Pang Xu, Peking University Law School 2010 undergraduate, Georgetown University law school JD. He got a 4.0 out of 4.0 in the first semester, and became “the Best Student” in contract law and the civil procedure law (105 students in total). In the past year, his academic results are nearly perfect, and now he is going to work as an intern at the American federal court.
How did he develop at the Georgetown University? What's the story behind his success?
