Speaker: Zhao Zhicheng from Protection Coordination Division of State Intellectual Property Office

Zhang Zhicheng is the deputy director of Protection Coordination Division of State Intellectual Property Office, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Intellectual Property Office. He graduated from the History Department of Anhui Normal University in 1992 and obtained Master degree of History from Nankai University in 1995, Master of Law (Civil and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law) in 2001 and JD (legal theory, technology law) degree from Peking University in 2008. He was a visiting scholar specializing in intellectual property in Washington University Law School from September to December in 2001. He is a part-time researcher in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Science. He is a member of the "National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline" drafting group.
