Abstract:
E-commerce has become one of the most important trends of today’s economic activities.In order to unify the legislation of e-commerce in all the countries, the united nations commission on international trade law office has enacted a series of international law. Dr Luca Castellani will introduce the legislating procedure and the content of these legal documents.
