Forum － The Sixth Advanced Discussion of Chinese Tax Law Frontier Problems

It points out in the third plenary session of the 18 decision that finance is the basis and important pillar of the national governance. In order to strengthen the basic theory of finance and tax law, as one of the series of activities in the 110th anniversary of Peking University law school, financial law research center of Peking University and Zhejiang Industry and Commerce University law school are going to hold "The sixth advanced discussion of Chinese tax law frontier problems" in May 2014 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
Notification as follows:
<1> Conference theme
Public Property Law, Theory Innovation, Subject Development
1. The study of general finance and tax law
2. The theory and practice of public property law
<2> Conference scale, time and place
1. Conference scale: 35 people
2. The meeting time: 17-18 May 2014. Session: 2 days. Report day: 16
The meeting location: zhejiang industry and commerce university law school
<3> Cost
This meeting does not charge any fee. The transportation fee should be paid by the participants. Accommodation fee shall be borned by the zhejiang industry and commerce university law school.
<4> Papers submit and publish
1. The paper should be around the theme, and unpublished.
2. Thesis should conform to academic norms, and should include Chinese abstract and key words, see appendix for the specific format.
3. The paper submission deadline: May 13, 2014.
4. The thesis submission: Word (*.doc) format version send to email: douxingxing1@sina.com and simon.wang@pku.edu.cn.
5. When the meeting ended, papers will be published in the fiscal and taxation law review and the journal of financial method.
