Among the excellent alumni graduated in 1977 from law School of Peking University, Jiang Ming'an is one of them who have been leaders and pioneering in various fields in the establishment of modern legal system in China. Prof. Jiang, one of the most active and outstanding scholar will give us a fabulous lecture focusing on The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Comprehensively Deepen Reform Decision.
