The 25th Competition Law Fourm of PKU Held Successfully
On May 7, the 25th Competition Law Fourm of PKU--Anti-monopoly Lawsuit Exploration About automobile industry was held successfully in Chen Ming building. The keynote speaker is Wang Yanglin from Price supervision and inspection and Anti-monopoly Bureau of National Development and Reform Commission. The lecture is an internal lecture organized by Competition law center of Peking University and students of the Competition law center of Peking University listened and discussed the lecture.
Wang Yanglin was a judge of the First Intermediate People's court of Beijing. Since working at Price supervision and inspection and Anti-monopoly Bureau, he had attendant and undertook lots of anti-monopoly cases. The theme of the lecture was about anti-monopoly lawsuit of automobile industry. He introduced and analyzed the price monopoly of Benz and had a worm discussion with the students.
Teacher Xiao Jiangping who is the director of the Competition law center of Peking University host the lecture, spoke highly of the speech delivered by Wang Yanglin and expressed heartfelt thanks to Wang Yanglin’s support.
