On the morning of November 19, 2014, Market and Law Research Center of PKU (Shenzhen) and Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau organized a seminar together on "The Regulation of Securities Market" in the conference room.

Professor Xue Jun, who is the Vice President of PKULS, secretary-general of Law and Development Research Center, and director of Market and Law Research Center of PKU (Shenzhen) attended and conduct this seminar.

At the beginning of the seminar, deputy director of Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau Zhu Wenbin gave a speech. Later, Professor Li Jun, Vice Professor Jin Zining and Vice Professor Hong YanRong successively talked about the legal nature of securities regulatory measures and the problems in this process from the perspectives of their profession.

In the future, Market and Law Research Center of PKU (Shenzhen) would continue to promote the resources integration of government, market and academy, so as to make contributions to China's rule of law construction.
