Peking University law school went to Inner Mongolia high court and department of justice to carry out investigation, exchange and cooperation activities

On June 12, 2019, Yang xiaolei, deputy dean of Peking University law school and his delegation went to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region higher people's court and Inner Mongolia autonomous region justice department to conduct research and promote cooperation and exchanges.

 

 

On the symposium of promoting friendly cooperation and exchange between Inner Mongolia high court and Peking University law school, bu he, member and vice President of Inner Mongolia high people's court, li shengchen, member of the party group and director of the political department of Inner Mongolia high people's court, wang wei, deputy department judge and representatives of functional departments and business rooms attended the meeting. Judge wang wei introduced the practical requirements of Inner Mongolia high court from the aspects of informatization and intelligent court construction, and hoped that relying on the research and development foundation of legal artificial intelligence field of Peking University, he could effectively improve the quality and efficiency of trial business through big data and artificial intelligence technology. Li Shengchen director in his speech, pointed out that the informatization construction should focus on "productivity" and wisdom courts to ascend, improve business efficiency, optimize the management level, such as power construction target for overall design, systematic construction, at the same time he hopes with the aid of the strength of Peking University school of law at the high end of the training, to build a long-term mechanism for training judges, continued ascension trial business team and cadres of the can. In the afternoon, vice President of Yang Xiaolei visited justice judicial publicity center of Inner Mongolia, research the Inner Mongolia autonomous region overall judicial administration informatization construction pattern, the rule of law and public legal services integrating media mechanism, judicial intelligent terminal and the rule of law government construction intelligent integration platform construction, and so on and so forth, and the big data application, research and development of artificial intelligence in law, administrative law enforcement standardization construction work and the Inner Mongolia autonomous region justice has carried on the discussion. Qiao xin, deputy director of the department of justice of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, introduced the situation of administrative law enforcement supervision in recent years in his speech, and hoped to have broader and deeper exchanges and cooperation with Peking University law school in the future to promote the sustainable development of judicial administration in Inner Mongolia.
