From May 28th to June 1st, the "2019 China E-Commerce Conference" was held at the Beijing National Convention Center. The conference was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal People's Government, and was undertaken by the Department of Commerce, Commerce and Information Technology of the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Professor Xue Jun, Director of the E-Commerce Law Research Center of Peking University, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote speech on "E-Commerce Law and E-Commerce Development". At the conference, Professor Xue Jun analyzed the policy framework and legal basis of the "E-commerce Law" for the development of China's future e-commerce, and discussed with the promulgation and implementation of the "E-commerce Law" and the development of China's e-commerce industry, There are five major types of compliance operations and the focus of development. After the meeting, the Department of Commerce and Information Technology of the Ministry of Commerce sent a letter to Peking University Law School, expressing gratitude to the Peking University E-Commerce Law Research Center for its support during the event.

 

In the future, Peking University E-commerce Law Research Center will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the government, academic circles, industries, associations and other social parties, and integrate e-commerce legal research resources to provide theoretical support for the healthy development of China's e-commerce and Internet industries. Practical support to promote the healthy and orderly development of e-commerce and related Internet industries.
