Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate sent a thanks letter to Peking University and thanked the contribution of Prof. Zhan Zhongle during the document publishing procedure of the newly issued "Provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the Designation and Engagement of Experts with Special Knowledge in Several Issues Concerning the Handling of Cases (Trial)". During the formulation process, Prof. Zhan Zhongle actively made suggestions and played an important role. They hope to work with Peking University Law School to advance the modernization of the prosecution work.
