Studentsof "China Law" project visited the Beijing Arbitration Commission

On April 18, 2017, under the leadership of Fu Yulin, students of the "China Law" project and exchange studentsvisitedBeijing Arbitration Commission. Mr. Chen Fuyong, Deputy Secretary-General of BAC and Dr. XuJie warmly received the teachers and students from the law school and made a wonderful speech.


After the introduction of Deputy Secretary-General Chen Fuyong, the students learned about the latest developments in the field of arbitration and the basic situation of the BAC, including the independence, impartiality, professionalism and efficiency. Deputy Secretary-General Chen Fuyong also explained the characteristics of the latest edition of the arbitration rules and the requirements of the participants of the arbitration.In the question and answer session, the students actively questioned, showing strong interests.


Subsequently, Dr. XuJie led the students to visit the BAC Library, the opening ceremony hall, the conference room and the arbitration office, and introduced the academic research contribution in arbitration field of BAC, showing the first-class office facilities.


Through this visit, the exchange students not only have an intuitive understanding of Chinese arbitration practice, but also have a new understanding of Chinese arbitration law,it is a good learning experience. After the study tour, they took pictures and the visit ended satisfactorily.
