Peking University and Hong Kong University Students Activities Held Successfully

From March 7th to 12th, Peking University and Hong Kong University Students "One Country, Two Systems" in 2016 Legal Issues Camp activities were held successfully. Peking University Law School Professor Rao Geping, Professor Zhan Zhongle, Professor Wang Lei, Postdoctoral Researcher Peng Chun attended relevant activities of this study camp. Peking University Law School Youth League Secretary Shi Shi, and the Communist Youth League Deputy Secretary Feng Tailai attended the Camp opening ceremony. Peking University Law School Deputy Secretary Fu Cheng Yu, and Peking University Law School Student Youth League media center backbone Li Ang and Zhu Mingyuan serve as this study camp leader. 36 students from Peking University Law School and University of Hong Kong participated in the activities of this study camp.

At 9:00 am on March 8, Camp opening ceremony was held successfully in Room 303 in (Leo)KoGuan Building. Shi Shi, on behalf of Peking University Law School, extended warm welcome to the students from Hong Kong University.




Subsequently, the lecturesabout relevant legal issues of "One Country, Two Systems"  was held in Room 303 in (Leo)KoGuan Building. Prof. Wang Lei was the presenter.


At 2:00 pm, "theeview of One Country, Two Systems" seminar was held in Room 303 in(Leo)KoGuan Building. Prof. Rao Geping made a wonderful speech.


On March 10th, "the Judicial System in Hong Kong and the Mainland Comparative Review" seminar was held in Room 303 in (Leo)KoGuan Building. Prof. Zhan Zhongle interpreted wonderfully the administrative litigation system in Hong Kong


 The communication and experience among these young students promoted academic discussion and institutional exchanges, deepenedstudents' understanding of China's national conditions and development of the rule of law, and motivated the interest in the "One Country Two Systems" Legal Issues, while promoting the law student's mutual understanding and emotional communication, guaranteeing the "One Country Two Systems" basic national policy implementation.
