Recently, the 2017 National Social Science Fund late-funded project hosted by teacher Guo Yu, “The ' unicity ' problem of the electronic transferable record legislation and the solution” was completed, and the project monograph will be published by Peking University Press.

This is the second time that Guo Yu has undertaken the National Social Science Fund's late-funded project. The previous project was completed in 2011. The project's result "Personal Data Protection Law Research" was published by Peking University Press in 2012. The book is one of the earliest systems to study the monographs of personal data protection.
