Mr.Gerald Nicola, President of Paris Inn,Visited PKU Law School

Mr. Gerald Nicola, President of Paris Inn and the Former President of Paris Attorney visited law school. President Zhang Shouwen, Yang Xiaolei who is the Deputy Party Secretary,and Li Yuanyuan,the director of General Office of Foreign Affairs gave a warm reception of visitors on February 26th.
Zhang Shouwen,Dean of the Law School,gave of a warm welcome to Mr. Nicola. Both the Law School of Peking University and Paris Inn have played a major role in the law education in their countries. Mr. Nicola gave a high evaluation to the development of Peking University law school , and expressed the hope to strengthen cooperation with Peking University Law school through diplomatic ties during the 50 anniversaries between China and France.
The meeting mainly discussed the personnel training and student exchange and cooperation. Paris Inn would send a number of French lawyers every year to study in PKU Law School, and the outstanding students would have chance to go to learn in Paris. The two sides would formally sign a cooperation agreement in May this year .
